Facade Inspections

Facade Inspections & Due Diligence Reports

Know exactly what condition your building is in — before small defects become expensive problems. Rope Access Queensland carries out detailed facade inspections and photographic due diligence reports using IRATA certified rope access, reaching every part of your building’s exterior without scaffolding, swing stages or cranes.

Inspections at every level

Our technicians abseil the full facade and inspect it by hand and eye — not from the ground with binoculars or a drone. Every defect is photographed, located against the building elevation and classified by type and severity, so you get a clear, prioritised picture of what needs attention now and what can be planned and budgeted for.

What we inspect and report on

  • Cladding, render, precast and concrete surfaces (including spalling and “concrete cancer”)
  • Windows, glazing, sealants and expansion joints
  • Water ingress, staining and waterproofing failures
  • Fixings, balustrades, signage and facade mounted equipment
  • Height safety anchors and access points

Reports you can act on

We compile findings into clear, prioritised condition and due diligence reports that support your compliance obligations, maintenance planning and budgeting — ideal for building owners, strata managers and facility teams. Engineering and specialist reports can be arranged where structural sign-off is required.
