It is with great pleasure that I am writing to recommend the services of Rope Access Queensland Pty Ltd. After consulting with Nathan Schweitzer and confirming upfront costings at competitive rates, we chose to proceed with Rope Access Queensland to perform the bulk of the external works due to the limited / costly access requirements. It is with enthusiasm that I say, the management and site representatives have met our every need and complied complicity to our direction and sort to rectify any issues that had arisen during our scheduled works.

The successful completion of our recent works and disciplines applied were;
1. Installation of backing rod & caulking of precast concrete panels, - 1,200 x lineal meters
2. Installation of window sealant reinstatement, - 1,100 x lineal meters
3. Reinstatement of damaged window frame / flashing, - 35 x lineal meters
4. Remediation of façade concrete spalls / delamination’s, - 3 x lineal meters
5. Complete façade wash down and preparation for painting.
6. Consultation for external façade painting and facilitation of vertical access to complete painting of – 1 x primer base, 2 x coat Acratex

Hi Nathan,
As you know, SS Signs have contracted Rope Access Queensland for our Gold Coast Titans stadium signage & TAB signage. Throughout both jobs the communication and work quality have been exceptional. With the large scale vinyl install on the Titans scoreboard the guys worked back past 6pm to get the job finished. When we were arranged to install the TAB banners on top of a building the weather wasn't acceptable to work in and RAQ notified us with plenty of notice to reschedule. All an all SS Signs have been impressed.
